The Choice of the Energy That Goes Into Bitcoin
I'd give the average person a 10% chance of survival for a whole year without hydrocarbons. The real economics of it is that you will not be able to survive for a year. And I think really the beautiful thing about Bitcoin is that it's going to teach the world this lesson. If we're going to let people who don't like Bitcoin bully us out of using Bitcoin because it spends too much energy, why stop at washing machines?
