Since the 19 seventies, global productivity growth has been in decline. I think there are fundamental issues around measuring productivity and service based economies is difficult to measure. On the of growth, i think there are really big issues with climate change, and i think lower growth is not necessarily a bad thing. If it saves the environment, we have to manage that transition to a lower growth.
