The Slave's Guide to Surviving

Cynthia was held captive for 72 hours by David and his accomplice, Cindy Hendy. In a tape recorded on the third day of her captivity, she is told not to scream or talk without permission. He also warns that he has 'no qualms about slicing your throat' if you give him too much trouble. The tapes ends with Cynthia's final words: "Be smart and be a survivor"
