Q: Do you find that people tend to carry over OKRs into like a subsequent quarter or do they get kind of reset on a fresh each time? I've struggled with setting quarterly OK as is sometimes you will have quite a hefty, big, hairy goal. But then you'll see the benefit and the kind of the fruits of it maybe in the next quarter. Some companies actually have like a yearly OKR before the quarterly.
