Food vigilantism is going to take over food criticism. Everyone's going to become Batman. There's Keith Lee on TikTok. He says, hey, my name's Keith. I bought three pizzas from this pizzeria. And then he reviews it. Very honest. This guy is changing Las Vegas dining. We saw it. Just a guy. You're going to have more of this and more of this. At some point it's going to drown out the traditional food criticism. It's only going to get better as a reaction.
