How Meditation Can Help With Morning Anxiety
In meditation, we are with the breath. We are with just that moment, and we can face any challenge. This doesn't happen the first time you sit down, you get this aha relief. That isn't how it happens. We practise and do it over and over again to strong. It helps us so that when later on in life, when big things come up, we have trained ourselves how to not have nee jerk reaction to every little thing that happens. So i hope that you guys will be able to do that. No need jerk reaction to that morning anxiety. It will pass. You know, just being able to accept it is the beginning of it going away.
