I noticed as i've watched your leadership impact is thus grown and sky rocketed over the past few years, it's been kind of meteoric. As your impact has increased, where are you surprised at the benefits? And where what are some cost that other people may not know from where they sit? I do regularly wake up and think, how did this become my life? But most days it's a, wow, howdid, how? How did it come about that i get to do what i do?
