How to Engage With Material You Don't Understand

I would just urge you if there's some things in here that you don't understand, don't ever let that discourage you. Not everything is going to snap the first time you hear it. It's a protracted process. I've been there. There's still plenty of stuff I don't understand. And so don't be too hard on yourself. Just continue to think critically and continue to try to suss through different resources and come to a better and better and better understanding. That's all you can hope for as a human being. Yeah. No, I don't think so. I think this is a lot for people. So hopefully this is helpful.
