There's no documented case ever of someone having an asistolic arrest and having return spontaneous circulation if they have not had c p r. So we have these two definitions, right? The stricter reversibility is it cannot return, even if c p r is performed. And we have this idea of permanence where it's not going to return spontaneously, and we're not going to do c p R. As you'll see in a few minutes, the same person can be declared either dead or not dead, depending purely on the decision whether or not to start c pR.
