The best organizations that i've seen have actually had a consistent framework for how things fit, or what are the white spaces around what we are trying to do? And the broader you can share those topics across the team, the better you will be. Some of the best deals that i've ever done are three guys and a dog, and sometimes the dog doesn't even come, is what i joke about. But if you can find that technology early,you can find that innovation and that entre prenor, and you're able to invest in them, those are the things that are beneficial because you're not competing on a more established business basis.
