Are There Any Sleep Myths That You Want to Bust for Us?

You would want to be keeping your environment dark so you can go to bed. A lot of people do this if they have seasonal effective disorder or if they live somewhere that has like four hours of daylight in winter. Something that frustrates me is when people get on their high horse about using technology in the bedroom. Like, what are we going to do to entertain ourselves for two hours before we go to bed if we're not using technology?
