Why a Technique Change Doesn't Stick

The golf world that repetition leads to mussel memory. And they also believe that the secret is in the dirt. That's not in line with scientific evidence or research. If you rep a thousand balls and try and create muscel memory it's extremely hard, nigh on impossible. Blocked practice, repetition of balls, building muscle memory is not scientifically accurate. There's certain factors that you need in your practice. You need space between each rep. It's scientifically proven to induce deeper learning. The optimal challenge point has been proved to induce deeperlearning.
