The Ethics Rules Won't Allow It, Right?
Every time a new technology comes around, there's always the immediate reaction is no, the ethics rules won't allow me to do that. The ABA and up around 2010, 2012, said that lawyers have part of being competent is keeping up with the benefits and risks of using technology in your law practice. Doesn't mean you have to have the new iPhone, Pro Max 13, like, of course, I have. But you have to do email and you have to keep up with technological tools that can help you be a better lawyer.
