Florida's First Party Insurance Claims Practice
Florida has for years and years until most recently, been kind of a hotbed for these claims. So you could have $100 X rate that doesn't get paid by the insurance company because they didn't think it was necessary. You know, so I shifted into that world after doing all my crazy, difficult kind of interesting litigation. And this is an area of practice that's not universal Virginia for example why practice has never had a lucrative viable first party insurance claims practice area in large part because our bad faith insurance law and our trainee fee.
