Food and Technology Summits

In february, we worked with the refresh working group to host a week long series about the intersection of food and technology. The findings of each of these discussions were written into a formal report and submitted through the u.N. Food system summit for official inclusion. We also had a live cast with michael moss in march about how certain foods that are full of salt, sugar and fat can create addiction like our bodies get addicted to drugs and alcohol. In april, we hoisted a panel about antibatic resistance that included farmers, centists and other experts about the dangers of the over use and misuse of antibatics on farm animals.
