Legal Review - Concept Analysis and Similar Document Analysis
Concept analysis enables you to identify documents with similar concepts. Exact duplicates may also exist in the litigation data base. This can be a very effective process to reduce the amount of document volume quite quickly. At the same time, they may identify further junk documents that were not identified through the junk culling process. They may identify documents that relate to the project that is an issue, but are not relevant and cannot be excluded.
