In this episode, we're going to be talking about replacing judgment with something else. The word judgement is a very laden word, especially in the english language. And even more than we judge other people, we tend to uge ourselves. This kind of internal self policing has a cost - it takes away from our awareness and attention. But again, remembering how central this is, right?
