James is joined by Glenpile who's a professor of molecular cardiology and a member of the Impart Network at Dalhousie Medicine. We have about 35,000 of these every year within young athletes according to Canadian data. About 2000 die every year from sudden cardiac arrest in the U.S. Two-thirds of these young people do so during some sort of sporting event.
