The Importance of Having a Human as a Supervisor
I think the um similarly to how when you move up in seniority within a firm you end up delegating and managing the tasks that you might have done when you're more junior. I don't quite think it's I imagine there's some strategy where you could think about a human as a backup but I actually don't know if that would be the most productive at the firm level. At the firm level what you want is you want the human to make the machine more fine-tuned more productive and then when the machine isn't working or makes a mistake that person is going to have sufficient knowledge and insight to identify the mistake and correct it quite quickly.
