I've backed away from the idea of Fox as a propaganda machine because I really don't see a consistent ideological objective, even if there may be some vague one undergirding at all. And to my mind, they really could care less what they're selling, right? They just need the audience to buy it or they needs the audience to be so invested in the storylines that they don't care that it's fake,. It's like watching WWE. It's kayfabe. Maybe we disagree a little bit here. maybe we don't.
