One of your mentors told you to look back each year and reflect. What three tips would you give to yourself if you were in the process of thinking about recruiting? Take some time off between finishing studies and starting consulting, he says. Don't bother saving for the first three or four years - that's a ridiculous decision. And then maybe the third tip I would give would be there are lots of different types of intelligence. That sounds a bit worthy of that recommendation.
