Is There a Pension Program?
I didn't grow up from a small child waving at the firetrucks and wanting to be a firefighter. There's a pretty good pension program and retirement, I think that was definitely a draw. But if you get hurt on the job, then you're going to injure out a little bit? I don't know if people actually think about that. Now I have to get these people felt because think about it.
