The Refi Market and the Layoffs

64% of people that have mortgage homes have a four or less interest rate. These people aren't going to liquidate and boomers are the big part of the population that are doing that. And until rates come down a bit where it makes more sense financially, we're going to see more of this. The only folks who really see willing to trade that lower rate are the ones that absolutely need to move.
