The SBA's Valuation Process
The SBA did their own valuation for their own sense of comfort, and they came back with 1.35. The buyer will be made aware of what that number came back at, but the seller is not. And I think he had been given some advice from a broker that he had always thought was probably too low. But ultimately, he followed that, that broker's advice. He wished, you know, later on that he had set it for a higher price. Right.
