Import Assertions

The proposal for jason mondules comes in. Assertions could allow consumers to change the way that mondules are evaluated once they're loaded. I think importing something like yamel is probably much more likely to be an initial implementation of this, because it's one of those things where a jobscript, yame parser already exists. So import this file, maybe as text, or whatever it is, and then just bam, you've yame sort of already there. We canof skip jason modules, but we'vealready talked about that brety in depth.
