Mick Crumder's dark star was a four year struggle from film school to becoming an actual director. It may seem like a successful cult movie now, but fo me, it was a four years struggleit is hard to separate yourself from that. I made a film of my own money, about 60 thousand, and i fought my way with it. And once it was released, i thought all the studio as were going to come over to my house an limousines, knock on the door and say, we've seen your film. We know you're great. No one really cared.
