I love that you have those jam sessions as well because that gives everyone a chance to be creative in that way. I knew you mentioned to me that this was a conscious decision that Loom has made right to bring brand design in-house rather than using contractors, which I believe is what maybe was happening previously. Can you talk a little bit about why you made that decision and what benefits you've seen from approaching it this way? "It's really a case of like trying to explain to people that this is potentially a new way of working," he says.
