Are You Playing the Hero?

In all organizations that i've ever seen, there are a group of people who take on more than their fair share of the burden of dealing with incidents. They're kind of gate keeping the skill needed to deep up these issues. That's very problematic because it stunts other people's growth. So you end up with these really bad keyman dependencies. As a leader, i think it's really important to identify those patterns. And then as a leader, encourage people to show they're working.
