The Algarythmic Approach to Clustering

Algrotom is built on top of the traditional hierarcial acglamative clustering approach, which is somewhat huristic. And there what we would like to do is essentially have some parometers that define how much fairness you are willing to and how much you're willing to forego on the utility. These can be figured or we have an optomization procedure that runs before you kind of train this model.
