I've been heavily involved in the L&D at Mach 49 more unofficially and that is evolving as we've just hired a few people to specifically tackle L&D. It's been a lot of developing interactive workshops with people to train them on various topics or perhaps systems. We would break that down into what I like to call snackable training videos that we then make available on our internal wiki which is the guru platform. Once those are on guru then people can zoom to a two to three minute video about specific topics or they can watch the entire series of training videos as needed.
