How Many Kids Go to College Every Year?

Not that many countries do the free model where it's just free you don't have to pay anything back so not that many I mean Germany recently announced that they're doing this. In Tennessee there's something called the Tennessee Promise and Obama referenced this such a state at the Union two years ago, he said we want to roll this out nationally but of course I never did. The challenge at least that I foresee is that when you make something entirely free and people don't have real skin in the game it's tough to really hold them accountable for their goals.
