Start-ups often win by moving very quickly. You want people who are willing to act with much less data than they like, and then adapt really quickly if it doesn't work. We have seen many of our start ups do incredible things because no one told them it was hard, or that they couldn't do it. It's not about being qualified on paper; it's about having the courage to try something you've never done before.
