The Global Strategy of the Cold War
The reason for tabil in the interastional system i has for a long period been the fact that the satisfied group, that's as were like, what's going on? We set up the rules, we instituted those rules, and we were dominant in that relationship. That is all of america and currently african so whatever entity controls urasia is the entity that control the international system. And that that's basically global strategy, one which we have not had since the cold war. The opportunity to settle with russia, incorporate russia into the west sortov was lost there.
