Is It Possible That Uranium Black Hole Could Be Dark Matter?

If primordial black holes did form bound states, they would give off gravitational radiation. But this gravitational waves that they emit are not detectable with the detectors that we have today. So it is possible but as of today, there's no way of proving it. The only gravitational wave detectors that work today are the legal detectors which can only detect gravitational wave tsunamis.
