Napoleon's Pantomime

Napoleon had more or less reached his final form. The skinny, awkward napoleon of the 17 nineties was long gone. He still ate terribly on campaign, but with all those state dinners back in paris, he had finally filled out. By now, he was wearing his hair quite short and as he entered middle age, it would start thinning on top. In bad weather, he wore a long, high collared, double breasted wool coat that reached down to his calves. This outfit became something of signature.
