The TPS Reports Are Automated. And What's Important Now?

Many organizations have no problem assessing people as they're coming into the door. They get very uncomfortable assessing incumbents. What is important now is a different set of skills that are more innately human. And so how do you think these soft skills can effectively be assessed?
