Five Scandals That Have Put the Peace Corps in a Negative Light
The most culty thing about Peace Corps is they actively discouraged us from reporting sexual abuses of children by certain people. Part of that was because infrastructure really didn't support victims. They told us it was dangerous to report, but they also were like, Peace Corps won't be invited back if you report. So I unfortunately had to turn it down.
