In the same statement, Volkoturk also made reference to the recent news out of Makhivka in Luhansk Oblast. This incident whereby a number of what appear to be Russian soldiers who are seem to be surrendering or making clear they don't want to take part in hostilities about eight or nine of them. And then the incident suggests that they're all then shot by Ukrainian soldiers. We dissected this in some detail two days ago on the pod.
