How to Make a Pin Company Work in 30 Minutes or Less?

The idea here is that if a company could have the same number of people working four hour days to produce the same amount than that's what it should be doing. The problem, obviously, is that economic incentives allow for this. What if you offered your employees to work half the amount of time, or some reduced hours in exchange for reduced money? I don't think everybody would take that,. But like, if they said, o' k you take it, you know, 20 % salary cut, but you work like two days a week. Some people might take that; there are companies that have reduced their weekly working hours to 30 and have had no loss in productivity.
