There is no one way to measure productivity. Productivity is a very nuanced measure that we have to look at many different aspects of. You can be collaborating with individuals without actually communicating ith them. Some people work better trying to solve those hard problems while they're talking to other human ok? And so again, it also goes back to individual preferences and how individuals work best.
