Is There a Difference Between Design Management and People Management?
For shu, i'm curious also to know abi more about the separation between design management and people management. And is there a distinction between both? Like maybe you can walk a sllitle bit through, like how the actual teams are organized and structured. How does that happen generally? I think thatthe for the most part,. Each project would have of an owner, so one of the owners of the firm, or a principal or a leader in the firm That is sort of overseeing and doing the client management but also working the team as well.
