Happiness is tied to virtue, right? So there am of the greek concept of eudiamonia. There is no perfect english translation of that. I think the most literal translation would be blessedness or godlike ah,. But i think the happier translation is flourishing. We talk about human flourishing, talk about all comlings.

Philosopher Jennifer Frey of the University of South Carolina talks about the state of the university in American education. Frey urges a stronger focus on virtue and human flourishing and a reduced focus on career preparation.
