"It's like all grapes contacted by the skin," she says. "I always find I get less of a hangover, which is like, especially when there's no soul fights." The wine tastes earthy and almost tastes like it could be a sour beer, but not that tart. It has been allowed to stay in contact with the grape skin for up to a year.
