John Sills: I'm going to mention a couple other books, but there was another one that was on recently called the effortless organization by Bill Price. He had worked at Amazon for many years and in the book amongst many brilliant things he talks about is something similar to this where he says, you know, rather than responding to these problems right off the bat, first ask, why are they calling in? There may be a problem. And then throughout the book, he mentioned about certain companies where they were reducing the size of their call center because they were able to engineer their customer experience such that it became more frictionless. It's brilliant, brilliant advice. Just listen to your customers
