The Reformed Church in France: Lucente Is the Holy Ghost
Calvin wrote a work called the Institution of the Christian Church in which he talks about the fact that the Bible should be in French. He got him into trouble and so he had to go to Strasbourg, where many people were actually starting to move out of the Catholic church and move into this new version of Christianity. And from there, he went to Geneva, one of the first places where a large part of the population moved out of Catholicism into this new church. But going to the religion didn't mean going to a church because there weren't any churches.
