Is There a Place for Cognitive Control and Behaviorism?

In the early 20th century, psychology was going through its period of strict behaviorism. And there's really no place for cognitive control and behaviorism, right? They're all if there's control, it's entirely because of an input or a stimulus that determines that links to a response. So you had to have a change in the way psychologists were treating the brain. In terms of the influence of cybernetics, I think to this day though, that influence is still there.
