Is the Labor Market Softening?
We are seeing persistent inflation everywhere, including in wages. And that precisely gets back to four to five years before Volcker and shows the scope and scale of this historic moment. So we have to see how far this is running. But certainly, I see evidence of labor markets softening everywhere I look except for in the economic data.
