How to Develop a Growth Mindset Early in Your Career

i think early in my career, it was definitely much more of an issue because i didn't have as much experience rit suc like, you know, coming out of college not really having a lot of real world work experience. So being aware of those limitations early on is really helpful. And finding your authentic voice and being comfortable s like when you go in an interview, act like you are every day. T refined lamps certly going to that process, which i can get to a little bit later. But i think being yourself is ke,  you are who you are. Don't change yourself for somebody else.
