There's not much edema around these lesions, which is a little unusual for cerebral abscesses, meds and tumors. Limphoma can be diffusion restricting, right? Like if the diffusion can be believed. So I think we're, HIV will be an important branch point. If that's negative, two abscesses next to each other, two tumors next to eachother, nothing on the other side. And then they looked for other possibilities doing an MRI of the T-spine and C-spine. They didn't really find anything that was, or had a certain signal for MS.
