Climate Change Impacting the Shuf Biosphere Reserve?
Temperatures are rising fast in the shuf biosphere reserve. But there's a lot of work going into making sure trees planted as part of several reforestation initiatives can cope with climate change. A man called haled slim is an agricultural engineer who runs a local indigenous tree nursery within the reserve. He advises the reserve and provides them with seedlings to plant. And he has developed also a special root air pruning pot, which he plants the seeds in.
